Sunset West Waterfront Condominums For Sale: SOLD Listings

In the last 180 days, there have been three Sunset West Condos that have sold and closed in escrow through the NWMLS.  These Seattle waterfront condos for sale that have closed have been at both buildings.

6535 Seaview Ave NW #307B  2 bedroom/1.75 bath 1059 square feet was listed for $515,000 and sold for $505,000.  $476.86 $/square foot 82 days on market  98.06% sales price to list price.  Original price on this one was actually $535,000. It sold with a conventional loan and closed on 12/10/2015.

6533 Seaview Ave NW #A205 2 bedroom/1.75 bath 1059 square foot unit listed for 549,000 and sold for $525,000  $495.75 $/square foot 50 days on market 95.63% sales price to list price.   This one closed on 3/7/2016 with conventional financing.

6533 Seaview Ave NW # 502A  3 bedroom/1.75 bath 1319 square feet listed for $1,410,000 and sold for $1,395,000. Original price in this listing is $1,465,000, but I know it had also expired before at a higher price than that. 64 days on market for this current listing. $1,57.62 $/square foot 98.94% sales price to last list price.
